Every learner brings something unique to the table - different strengths, perspectives, and ways of expressing their ideas. When students collaborate across cultures and skill levels, communication becomes more authentic, teamwork becomes richer, and challenges become more exciting. In a competitive setting, this diversity fuels creativity and drives stronger results.
To ensure everyone can contribute confidently and grow together, teams are formed from international, mixed-ages and participants are organised into two dedicated English proficiency streams:
Designed for juniors at A1–B1 level. With more teacher guidance and scaffolded support, Red students tackle the same meaningful themes as Blue, ensuring everyone participates and grows.
Aimed at students at B1+ level. Blue teams receive more autonomy to plan, debate, and execute their projects, pushing them toward self-directed, team-based learning.
