  • We do request a 25% deposit for our programmes. You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal or via Wise. The company's Bank details will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Yes, all of our courses include airport transfers from all major London airports. Individuals may be required to wait up to 120 minutes at the airport for other arrivals. However, a private transfer can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.

  • We aim to provide courses that include 30 hours of language tuition over a two week stay. However, this can vary depending on the duration of your child’s stay and the programme you choose.

  • All students will complete a Language level proficiency test on the first day of their stay. This will be used to group the students into classes based on their level and age.

  • All classes consist of up to 22 students or less.

  • A checklist will be provided on confirmation of the programme.

  • Yes, there are many students who attend on their own. Your child will be placed in a group with other students who came as individuals. This group will have a designated member of staff to help organise and take care of them throughout their stay.

  • We do not offer compensation for late arrivals and/or lessons, activities and excursions missed as a result of not arriving on time.

  • Each evening, students from a variety of nationalities will come together to participate in an array of fun activities. Activities typically include movie nights, sports nights, talent shows and discos.

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are catered for during your child's stay. Packed lunches and dinners are provided when the students go out for excursions. Dietary needs, vegetarian and Halal options are available on request.

  • Recognising signs of homesickness and offering support is part of the staff welfare training. All centres have a dedicated Welfare Manager who is on hand to talk to and reassure your child.

  • Depending on the programme and availability at the time, we might be able to extend your child’s stay - but this will be at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.

  • Unaccompanied minors: For students travelling as an unaccompanied minor (UM) with airlines, there will be a charge of £120. This will ensure there is a named person to meet, greet and sign for UM students. Please note, this £120 charge is separate from any UM charges by the airline.

    Damage deposit: Please note, a damage deposit of £50 will be required to cover any damage costs if necessary, to be handed to staff in cash on arrival. The deposit will be returned to your child on their last day providing no damage has been made to campus property.

    Optional excursions: Many centres include ‘optional excursions’ in their programmes. These are excursions that are chosen by the students onsite. The cost of these can vary depending on the option chosen and the number of students wishing to attend.

    Pocket money: You may wish to provide your child with pocket money to spend during excursions. We advise providing your child with some cash, as well as a pre-paid card.
